Customer Policy
Our policy for all custom orders via email, in person, over the phone, or holiday website orders:
It is highly recommend to request a copy of your receipt , this is to be sure your order details are correct. Any customers requesting a refund based off of information on a receipt that is correct will not be refunded.
All custom orders require payment in full to be secured. If your order is not paid for it is not confirmed.
Wedding cakes will have scheduled payments.
Refund policy :
A custom order is an order that is taken for any item in our bakery.
All custom orders less than 2 months out are non refundable. If needed, you can reschedule your exact order to a future date with two weeks or more notice. No refunds will be given, a date change is the only option.
Orders 2 or more months out from date of pickup and want to be canceled can receive a store credit gift card in the full amount.
All wedding cake orders are final, non refundable and non negotiable for moving dates.
As a small business with limited staff we must be strict with these policies in order to run an efficient & successful business.
